in Jira, in the issue section "Details", add the label "DCS_log" in the field "Labels";
in Confluence, insert – on top of the existing ticket list – a Jira Issue/Filter and link it to the new issue;
in Confluence, edit the Jira Issue/Filter: in the "Display option" section, set "Display as" as "Table" and put in the "Columns to display" field the items: Key, Summary, Issue Type, Created, Status, Description.
