Hot to write a new ticket:

1. in go to Jira , (project LNF DCS, ) and create a new issue;
2. in the issue section "Details", field "Labels, add the label "DCS_log" <--- THIS IS MANDATORY
3. fill out the issue form and save it
4. go back to this page and refresh it
