If a user registered via INFN-AAI, the proposed user name is something like user@infn.it. If the username is somehow weird (e.g. TF-18555@infn.it), before pre-checking the request, please contact the Servizio Calcolo @ INFN Padova to check if this is normal or if they need to fix something in the INFN-AAI account of this person).

Sometimes we can have registrations with usernames composed by 5 exadecimal numbers (e.g. 71771ba4-5781-4cda-beff-040f0edb0288@infn.it): this happens when an external users register with INFN-AAI only to be able to register with CloudVeneto for using INFN resources. If the registration with CloudVeneto is performed before Servizio Calcolo @ INFN Padova defines a human-readable username in Godiva system, we still will see the long exadecimal username. In this case the suggested procedure is to reject the registration until the user becomes LoA2. When/if the human-readable username will later be defined in Godiva, the long username will be replaced by cloud admins with the new one through teh Horizon dashboard.

You can check if a user registered via the Unipd Idp (Unipd SSO) if the proposed user name is something like user@unipd.it or user@studenti.unipd.it.
