Accessing the cluster

HTC Cluster can be accessed through ssh at htc-fe.rmlab.infn.it

Authentication

Users will be authenticated using their own roma2.infn.it username (no need to add roma2.infn.it domain in the username) and password.

Storage areas

All nodes inside the cluster have access to two shared filesystems: 

• /data : Standard performances pool
• /data-fast : High performances SSD disk pool

Inside every storage area you will find a folder for project: you are allowed to write only in the folder of the project you are assigned to.

Storage quotas

Every project starts with 10TB of storage on standard pool and 1TB of storage on SSD pool, but project quotas might be refined if needed
