1) Check what is changing and deprecated in the Openstack release note of Stein and Train

2) Create a git repo for puppet files of controller and compute https://issues.infn.it/jira/browse/PDCL-1503, starting from the configuration of Rocky https://github.com/CloudPadovana/puppet_train
