- I open the eSearch utility
- Connecting the ICPDAS via Ethernet
- By means of the "Search Server" button, the device is found. Clicking on the instance will bring up a screen from which we can take the MAC Address and enter it into the relevant field on Confluence

- Through the MAC address an IP will be generated by the Calculation Service tool (calculation tool reference)
- You enter through the browser to define user and password and take the firmware to be entered into Asset
- You enable DHCP
- Let's disconnect the ICPDAS from the local network and reconnect it to the DCS infrastructure network (DHCP Compute) to see if the IP generated with the tool in Step 7 is assigned correctly.
- The resource is accessed by entering user and password
